It takes approximately three weeks to receive your hair, and they don’t inform you of the delay until the day it was originally supposed to be delivered. Even after paying extra for expedited shipping, you will not receive a refund. Instead, they only offer store credit. This is unacceptable customer service and misleading business practice."
