Soft and beautiful

"These braids get better with age. After shampooing, there was no scratching and after wearing them for a few weeks, they still are soft. The only un anticipated challenge is that they can come undone. We curled them and some of them curled very nicely and some didn’t and the ones that were straight started coming undone, and I had to scramble to get rubber bands or tie with the string while traveling. Great overall."

Not Happy

"I placed a order on March 13th I was charged $87, plus shipping 5 to 7 days as well as an protection and free return fee, with an expected date for my hair to arrive March 20 th please see attached picture. It's now March 25th and only a label was created for my order and it has not been shipped! I have a hair appointment on April 2nd and need my hair! I emailed customer service on March 23rd and ONLY have gotten an automated response and no resolution as to where my hair is! This is unacceptable. This is my 1st time ordering from you and although I saw a couple of reviews with people stating they did not receive their order against my better judgement I ordered anyway! Right now I'm in distress and very disappointed. If I don't receive my hair before my appointment I not only want my money back but will be putting in an complaint to the proper entity because I will not allow you to take my money nor inconvenience me! I need someone human to reach out to me with a definite solution and answer as to where my stuff is! I will not be ordering from here again because you are not honoring your shipping policy and the customer service is horrible at this point with no one getting back to me within atleast 48 hours! Not a happy 1st time customer."

"Please offer a 22-24 inch,something for mid back lengths, which is a pretty standard length. All in all great, thank you for being non toxic"

"I purchased my hair in July and could wash and reuse it for another hairstyle in August. The hair has remained soft with minimal tangling each time I’ve used it. I’ve also noticed that it has caused minimal damage, and my scalp is not itchy like it has been with other brands in the past. I really love the variety of color options available. There are so many choices to choose from! My braider even complimented the hair, mentioning how soft and manageable it was for her. She also appreciated that it didn’t have a weird smell or residue, which some hair often has. I will definitely be a return customer! I needed four bundles for my style. So I got a package of three bundles and a package of one bundle."
