Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days of when the order is placed. If an order is placed outside of Dosso Beauty's business hours, processing will begin the following business day.

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST. We do not fulfill orders on U.S. Federal Holidays, as postal carriers do not operate or conduct pickups on those days.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time Estimates

Delivery timelines begin after processing is completed.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs delays not included)

Shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and size

  • Shipping method selected

All shipping rates are displayed at checkout and are also outlined in this Shipping Policy section to provide full transparency prior to purchase.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order is fulfilled and handed over to the shipping courier, Dosso Beauty is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or courier service issues. All inquiries regarding package movement should be directed to the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
