Not only is it way softer than any other braiding hair I’ve used, it’s the only I found that was safe and free from lead and other harmful ingredients, and I did A LOT of research. "Love this hair! I have sensitive scalp seems like kanakelon and human hair irratated my scalp so bad I was giving up on braids. But I did not experience any irratation and itching. I did micro braids was very manageable easy to braid. Love my braids. I will definitely be using again!!! Ty"
"This hair is fine and does what it claims in terms of not irritating your scalp. However, you could also opt to soak the hair in apple cider vinegar and rinse it yourself and skip paying a 5x premium. There is nothing else different about this hair, the colors, the quality, or any other feature. The biggest advantage is the time saved. Otherwise it’s just brand. I wouldn’t leave this review aside from the fact the marketing implies they are actually manufacturing the hair when really they’re just treating and repackaging regular braiding hair. Up to you if you want to pay the premium to save time."
"I used this hair on my daughter, she stated to get breakouts from the hair store bundles. So I gave dosso a try and I must say her scalp wasn’t irritated, the hair quality is amazing. If you’re looking for a review on whether or not to give this brand a chance, I’d say try it!"
"Terrible customer service. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping/ I received an email message the day that the order was due to arrive indicating that it was still in process. I feel that this is unacceptable. When I requested a refund rather than an exchange I was told that was not possible. I then asked for the information to speak with a supervisor and never received any follow up. The significant delay in processing was due to no fault of my own. At the very least the payment for expedited shipping should have been returned to me. . I am very disappointed with this company."
"I haven’t had a protective style in awhile. Reading the reports about the shocking toxicity in synthetic hair coupled with my intentionality around supporting Black women owned beauty brands meant options were limited or non-existent — until I discovered Dosso. I love this product. The hair is soft, beautiful, high quality, and light weight. And my discerning braider liked the brand and said it didn’t tangle like other brands. My order arrived quickly and the Company was responsive to my questions. I highly, highly recommend it. "The hair was a nice texture but it was not as hypoallergenic as they claim. The itch was unbearable at times and I had to break and wash the hair 3rd day. So. It’s a little too expensive to claim to be itch free and but be itch free."
