I was shorted hair from my bundle

"I purchased 2 soft loc bundles and one of them came with 2 sets of locs instead of three. I reached out to customer service and provided photos of my packaging. Someone reached out and said they were looking into it and then I never heard anything back. I am very disappointed in the lack of follow-up. I did not have enough hair due to this oversite and was left scrambling at the last minute as I already had an appointment for the install. Its really sad that one of the few clean braiding hair companies does not do a better job taking care of their customers."

Light and no itch

"Love the locs. They look great, are light for the volume and do not itch. My braider wasn’t sure what the curls were for 🤭 when she opened the kit. I got hollered at less than a minute after I left the salon. They look and feel great."

Itchy

"I swear by this brand because the braiding hair didn't irritate my scalp. However, this faux loc hair is extremely itchy, and I hate that I can't shorten it without it unraveling. 😭"

Easy Stylish Locs

"This is my second time getting these done with the soft locs kit. I wear them for two months with minimal itching and they're perfect for working out. The only suggestion according to my stylist is that the spring twist could be split up more, so they're easier to unravel to save time when installing."

"I am enjoying this hair, I like how I styled it without utilizing the soft locks, however, the black spring twist hair tangled very easily more than the colored hair #30. Nonetheless, I have minimal scalp itching and the hair didn't come with a weird smell. I will definitely purchase again and add this to my list of black owned synthetic hair companies to patronize I haven't used the crochet loc hair yet, but looking forward to it and hopefully we'll have positive things to say"
