"I placed an order on 5/8 and still haven't received the product. When I purchased, it stated it would ship on 5/13. I sent a text on 5/15 to follow-up and was told on 5/18 that it takes 2 weeks for pre-orders to ship. However, I checked the website again & when you place a pre-order in the shopping cart, it states it will ship after 1 week. I sent another text on 5/21 asking if it will be more than 2 weeks & was told it is now expected to ship within 1 week (so 5/28 or 29) which will be 3 weeks since I placed the order. We'll see what happens. . . ."
