All orders will be processed within 2 business days of when the order is placed. If order is placed outside of Dosso Beauty's business hours then it's processing time will begin the following business day. After the order is processed, customers will be sent a shipping notification with the tracking information.
Once the order is fulfilled and handed over to the courier, Dosso Beauty is not liable for the delivery execution of the package. All inquiries about the movement of the package should be directed to the shipping courier that the customers selected at checkout.
