"I gave 3 stars not because of the product but because of the horrible experience I had with my last purchase. Dosso erroneously sent me the wrong length on one of the 4 packs that I bought. I only realized it when I was at the saloon and the hair stylist was at the front of my head. . . of course it had to be cut and the finished look was not to my liking. The Agent I messaged Jhoan informed me that since it was past the 30day return window. . the company was not prepared to compensate me in any way. . . As I had mentioned to Jhoan. . . if customer satisfaction was important to the company they would not be so policy driven, especially when it was the company at fault. Not even that mattered. . . . So Sad."

"This is my second order. The first was the three pack. I needed the single pack to add with the untouched pack left over from the first salon visit . This hair is amazing !! It smells fresh , not string orders of any kind . The hair has been used on my 4 year old niece who had a very bad experience with other brands. Don't hesitate , hit the pay button . "After the reports came out about the toxins in braiding hair, I started searching for a healthy alternative. I came across Dosso Beauty in my research. After months of debating, I finally decided to try it out. I’m so glad I did. The braiding hair is so easy to work with, soft, and has a beautiful slight crinkly texture that blends well with my natural hair. My mom was surprised at how easy the hair was to use. Normally we struggle with synthetic braiding hair tangling like crazy and slowing us down, but that didn’t happen at all for us. Good quality hair plus having peace of mind for my health is a win."
