"So far, it’s good. I have NOT broken out in a rash on my scalp, neck or around my ears. I’m happy about that especially since I didn’t wash the hair before installing, which is what I had started doing with the hair from the supply store (the hair has changed over the last 20-30 years) Dosso hair is a little pricey compared to hair at the hair supply store so hopefully if all continues to go well I’d like to continue purchasing this hair if it doesn’t become too expensive. I will write another review after I remove the braids."

Good product horrible after sales service

"I gave 3 stars not because of the product but because of the horrible experience I had with my last purchase. Dosso erroneously sent me the wrong length on one of the 4 packs that I bought. I only realized it when I was at the saloon and the hair stylist was at the front of my head. . . of course it had to be cut and the finished look was not to my liking. The Agent I messaged Jhoan informed me that since it was past the 30day return window. . the company was not prepared to compensate me in any way. . . As I had mentioned to Jhoan. . . if customer satisfaction was important to the company they would not be so policy driven, especially when it was the company at fault. Not even that mattered. . . . So Sad."
