"This is my second time buying this hair and I would recommend! However, I still haven’t figured out how to properly moisturize it. After about 3 weeks I’ve noticed it loses a bit of its bounce and softness, but I’m sure thats due to user error lol. I’m definitely going to purchase this hair again, I would love to see their take on miracle knots!"

"I ordered this product along with one other item and I feel I was misled by entire order. I got a notification that it would arrive within a week only to find out the other item was out of stock. Why would they allow me to order if the item was out of stock. I asked for a refund bc I had to purchase another item due to the time frame and was told no refund despite wanting to cancel the item that had not even been received. Requested a refund and was told all sales are final. I did not receive my order for about 3 weeks. Needless to say, I will not be ordering anything from them again."
