Shipping Policy Please be advised that all products will be shipped after your order has been processed/fulfilled. Your shipping time will begin after your products are processed through our system. There are no guaranteed carrier pick ups on weekends. Receiving hours are 9-5, deliveries need to arrive no later than 4:30 CST. Due to current measures to adhere to social distancing guidelines and protect the safety of our customers, you may experience delays in order processing and delivery. Returns Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Ever since I discovered this hair it has changed my life. I never itch, it has beautiful shine, and takes hot water EXCELLENTLY! This is maybe the 4th or 5th color I've tried, all amazing. Khadija has always gave me the best customer service there is and is so nice. Customer for life.
Pre-stretched ombré and single color braiding hair
I really liked this hair. Love the color and style. It looks good and no itching so far. I’ve had it on for about a week now. It was a little frizzy at the ends, once braiding was done- however, it’s nothing that I couldn’t fix.
What I hope to see- non pre-stretched hair,
I ordered five packs of hair and the color 350, the hair last two beautifully the color matched better than any hair I could get in the store. This hair didn't make me it by or anything, it lasted for so long. I just got tired of the hairstyle so I ended up taking it out early but this is definitely my go to hair and I tell everyone I know to get from them❤
