"I gave 3 stars not because of the product but because of the horrible experience I had with my last purchase. Dosso erroneously sent me the wrong length on one of the 4 packs that I bought. I only realized it when I was at the saloon and the hair stylist was at the front of my head. . . of course it had to be cut and the finished look was not to my liking. The Agent I messaged Jhoan informed me that since it was past the 30day return window. . the company was not prepared to compensate me in any way. . . As I had mentioned to Jhoan. . . if customer satisfaction was important to the company they would not be so policy driven, especially when it was the company at fault. Not even that mattered. . . . So Sad."

"After the reports came out about the toxins in braiding hair, I started searching for a healthy alternative. I came across Dosso Beauty in my research. After months of debating, I finally decided to try it out. I’m so glad I did. The braiding hair is so easy to work with, soft, and has a beautiful slight crinkly texture that blends well with my natural hair. My mom was surprised at how easy the hair was to use.
