"I used this hair on my daughter, she stated to get breakouts from the hair store bundles. So I gave dosso a try and I must say her scalp wasn’t irritated, the hair quality is amazing. If you’re looking for a review on whether or not to give this brand a chance, I’d say try it!"
"Terrible customer service. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping/ I received an email message the day that the order was due to arrive indicating that it was still in process. I feel that this is unacceptable. When I requested a refund rather than an exchange I was told that was not possible. I then asked for the information to speak with a supervisor and never received any follow up. The significant delay in processing was due to no fault of my own. At the very least the payment for expedited shipping should have been returned to me. . I am very disappointed with this company."

Reading the reports about the shocking toxicity in synthetic hair coupled with my intentionality around supporting Black women owned beauty brands meant options were limited or non-existent — until I discovered Dosso. I love this product. The hair is soft, beautiful, high quality, and light weight. And my discerning braider liked the brand and said it didn’t tangle like other brands. "I recently combed out my locs after 8 years. When my hair was previously free of locs and I would wear extensions, my scalp would become so irritated. Extremely itchy, dry and inflamed. So I was super nervous about braiding my hair. My stylist recommended this brand and when I say “GAME CHANGER” I mean it hunnie! I’ve had these braids in for almost a month and my scalp is not angry with me. She is calm, not itchy, not inflamed, she is keeping classy! And I love that for her. I’m in love with this brand! A couple of other observations is this hair is softer, doesn’t feel like plastic like the regular synthetic braiding hair. And I still have 2 bundles left 😎! Worth every penny!"

"I purchased these hoping that they would provide a better braiding experience. I did like that the hair did not tangle a lot but. I still had significant itching for at least the first two weeks. It tapered off after that, but I still had the same itching as I did with other synthetic hair. Maybe it's just not for me. I appreciate the fact that someone is at least considering ways to make healthier hair for braids!"
