"Terrible customer service. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping/ I received an email message the day that the order was due to arrive indicating that it was still in process. I feel that this is unacceptable. When I requested a refund rather than an exchange I was told that was not possible. I then asked for the information to speak with a supervisor and never received any follow up. The significant delay in processing was due to no fault of my own. At the very least the payment for expedited shipping should have been returned to me. . I am very disappointed with this company."

Reading the reports about the shocking toxicity in synthetic hair coupled with my intentionality around supporting Black women owned beauty brands meant options were limited or non-existent — until I discovered Dosso.
