Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel your order, please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, you'll receive store credit. This means you can use that credit for a future purchase at your convenience, giving you the flexibility to choose something you truly love.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted fro your store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dossobeauty.com or if you purchased our shipping insurance you can click here to begin your return or exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We know that sometimes what you order might not be the perfect fit or match your expectations. That's why if you'd like to exchange an item for another item, then you can do so seamlessly with our self-service system. We highly suggest purchasing our shipping insurance for free returns/exchanges.
Once your order is processed, any modifications or exchanges will need to be handled through our Redo self-return/exchange portal. This system is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible, even if it happens after your order is on its way.
Dosso Beauty reserves all rights to determine the eligibility of the customer's request for store credit.
Klarna Purchases – Return & Refund Terms (Required Disclosure)
The following terms apply only to purchases made using Klarna. All other payment methods remain subject to the standard Dosso Beauty policy above.
Right of Return (Klarna Orders)
Customers who paid using Klarna have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided return conditions are met.
Return Conditions (Klarna Orders)
To qualify for a refund:

Products cannot be opened due to sanitary and hygiene reasons
Returns not meeting these conditions cannot be accepted.
Free Return Postage (Klarna Orders)
Customers returning Klarna purchases within the 14-day window are entitled to free return shipping.
