RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns:

All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the items you have received, please contact info@dossobeauty.com. To properly assist you, please include your name and order number in the subject line. 

Exchanges: 

Product must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup stains, wear, and contain original packaging to qualify. Dosso Beauty reserves the right to deny any requests that do not meet our policy. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is finalized. To request an exchange, email  info@dossobeauty.com with details regarding your request. Include your order number and contact information within the email. 

SHIPPING

You will receive an automatic confirmation when your order has been placed. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. This may take longer during new releases or major holidays.

Dosso Beauty will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Dosso Beauty is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
