Dosso Beauty’s Business Consulting Services are offered at a rate of $100/Hour and include(s) but is not limited to the following offerings:
- Connections to Dosso Beauty’s contracted services for logo, label and product design
- Product/service innovation and development
- Development of a business model/business lean canvas
- Brand/marketing consulting
- Research & Development
- Growth Strategy
- Mentorship/Networking & Connections with other business owners within the beauty industry
- Website/Booking System Set-up
- POS system set-up/QuickBooks integration

Consultation Reschedule Policy:

If you need to cancel/reschedule your consultation, we respectfully request that you email at least 24-48 hours before. We understand that unexpected delays or life events may occur that are out of our control, but we want to ensure that everyone’s schedule is aligned accordingly.

We will allow one reschedule for our 1 hour consultation appointments free of charge. Any additional missed appointments and short-noticed cancellations will result in the loss of your consultation fee along with a $20 rebooking fee. To be placed back on the schedule you will need to book another appointment via and send any email to to coordinate your appointment.



Shipping Policy

Please be advised that all products will be shipped after your order has been processed/fulfilled. Your shipping time will begin after your products are processed through our system. There are no guaranteed carrier pick ups on weekends. Receiving hours are 9-5, deliveries need to arrive no later than 4:30 CST. Due to current measures to adhere to social distancing guidelines and protect the safety of our customers, you may experience delays in order processing and delivery. In addition, due to the holiday season USPS is experiencing delays in their delivery and scanning. We are diligently working to ensure that your experience with Dosso Beauty improves every day!​ We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Return policy

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
